September's PlayStation Plus announcement spreads its additions across several dates. Treating September 15 as a blanket arrival day would miss important exceptions.
A calendar, not a single drop
PlayStation's September 9 post uses September 15 as its default, with these explicit exceptions in the named territories:

RuneScape: Dragonwilds and WWE 2K26 are among the September 15 additions. These are the announcement's dates, not a check of every regional storefront today.
The practical difference is a staggered choice of activities. A group organizing cooperative survival around Dragonwilds has a different date to work with from someone waiting for a short-session game such as Ball x Pit. Keeping those dates separate is more useful than treating the month's entire catalogue as one immediately available bundle.
Premium and a paid pass are different products
Mega Man X Command Mission and Metro Redux are the Premium additions. The former is an RPG; describing both as role-playing games was misleading.
WWE 2K26's separate Ringside Pass Season 5 is another purchase structure entirely. VGC reports four additional wrestlers through its paid route, new moves and taunts, and another Island chapter. That coverage describes the game's continuing support; it does not mean a PlayStation Plus Premium subscription includes the paid Ringside Pass.
Before paying more, identify which entitlement is actually missing: access to the base game, access to a subscription catalogue, or a separately sold content pass. Similar uses of “Premium” can obscure that distinction.
PlayStation qualifies its catalogue by region and notes that streaming availability can change. The table preserves its US, UK and Japan exceptions rather than extending them to every country.
