Permitted uses
- Rank metadata from an approved first-party feed for editorial attention.
- Turn a bounded, source-stated fact sheet into a private working draft.
- Suggest original structure, summary language, analysis prompts, tags, and a community question.
- Support internal validation, testing, and operational review.
Required safeguards
- The model receives the bounded fact sheet, not an unrestricted instruction to scrape the web.
- Source content is treated as untrusted data and cannot override newsroom instructions.
- Structured output, minimum length, required sections, source-overlap, quotation, numeric-claim, attribution, and media checks run before a draft is saved.
- The configured Responses API request disables response storage with store set to false.
- Every generated source begins unverified and every generated article remains private and marked Needs review.
Human responsibility
An editor opens the primary source, checks every material claim, reviews legal and copyright risk, revises the language, verifies media, approves the immutable publication record, and deliberately promotes it. Automation cannot publish, email, distribute, or alter a public intelligence score on its own.
Corrections and disclosure
GG Bulletin corrects material errors regardless of whether they originated with a person, source, or AI tool. When AI use is materially relevant to how a specific public item was produced or understood, the publication may add a disclosure near that item.
